Jean-François Aubin, Director of the Démarche de revitalisation des premiers quartiers de Trois-Rivières, was made a voting member of the advisory committee in March 2010 for a three-year term of office. Mr. Aubin, who represents community organizations, lives in the Mauricie region.

Michel Bellemare.
Michel Bellemare, an active member of the Regroupement pour la défense des droits sociaux de Shawinigan, was named to represent anti-poverty organizations, and more specifically, persons in situations of poverty, as a voting member of the advisory committee. He is from the Mauricie region. His renewable two-year term of office will end on March 8, 2008.
Jane Cowell-Poitras

Jane Cowell-Poitras, originally from England, has been a municipal councillor since 1998. Currently, she is in charge of the social and community development, income security, and status of women portfolios on the Executive Committee of the City of Montréal. She is also a member of the Conseil de la famille et de l’enfance and Vice-President of the Carrefour action municipale et famille. Mrs Cowell-Poitras was named to represent municipalities as a voting member of the advisory committee. She is from the Montréal region. Her renewable two-year term of office will end on March 7, 2009

Dominique Daigneault, Secretary General of the Conseil central du Montréal métropolitain – CSN, was made a voting member of the advisory committee in March 2010 for a three-year term of office. Mrs. Daigneault, who represents labour, lives in the Montréal region.
Danielle Fournier
Danielle Fournier, founder of and development officer at Relais-femmes, was made a voting member of the advisory committee in March 2010 for a two-year term of office. Mrs. Fournier, who represents organizations involved in combating poverty and social exclusion, lives in the Montréal region.

Richard Gravel, executive director of the Collectif des entreprises d’insertion, has been appointed to the Comité consultatif as a voting member representing community organizations. He has impressive experience in the field of employment assistance. Prior to being named executive director of the Collectif des entreprises d’insertion he was executive director of Resto Plateau. He lives in the Laval region and has been appointed for a renewable, one-year term of office ending March 7, 2009.

Patrice K. Lacasse, Social Development Coordinator at the First Nations of Quebec and Labrador Health and Social Services Commission, was made a voting member of the advisory committee in April 2010, for a three-year term of office. Mr. Lacasse, who represents the other sectors of civil society, lives in the Québec region.

Richard Lavigne, Director General of the Confédération des organismes de personnes handicapées du Québec, was made a voting member of the advisory committee in March 2010 for a two-year term of office. Mr. Lavigne, who represents the other sectors of civil society, lives in the Montérégie region.

Jeanne Lavoie, community partnership adviser with Alcan and Chair of the Conseil régional de prévention de l’abandon scolaire, was named to represent management as a voting member of the advisory committee. She is from the Saguenay–Lac-Saint-Jean region. Her renewable three-year term of office will end on March 8, 2009. Interim Chair.

Réjeanne Pagé works at the ACEF Estrie and is actively involved in the Mouvement international Atd Quart Monde. She was named to represent anti-poverty organizations, and more specifically, persons in situations of poverty, as a voting member of the advisory committee. Mrs Pagé is from the Estrie region. Her renewable three-year term of office will end on March 8, 2009.

Anne-Marie Rodrigues, the Executive Director of the Centre d’action socio-communautaire de Montréal, was named to represent cultural communities as a voting member of the advisory committee. She is from the Montréal region. Her renewable two-year term of office will end on March 8, 2008.

Marie-Renée Roy, Assistant Deputy Minister for Policies and Strategic Analysis at the Ministère de l’Emploi et de la Solidarité sociale, was made a non-voting member of the advisory committee in March 2010 for a three-year term of office. She represents the public service.

Monique Toutant is an active member of the Association pour la défense des droits sociaux du Québec métropolitain. She was named to represent anti-poverty organizations, and more specifically, persons in situations of poverty, as a voting member of the advisory committee. Mrs Pagé is from the Québec City region. Her renewable two-year term of office will end on March 8, 2008..

Céline Trudel has worked for Centraide Québec et Chaudière-Appalaches since 1997. Her former position was as a community organizer at the National Assembly of Québec. She was named to represent anti-poverty organizations as a voting member of the advisory committee. Mrs Trudel is from the Québec City region. Her renewable term of office will end on March 7, 2008.
